Digital Products

All products sold through our store are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Please read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We may provide a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The digital product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed.
  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
  • The product delivered is substantially different from the product description.
  • We are required to provide a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a digital product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Technical Issues

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Purchasing the wrong resource.
  • Not having the required software to open the files (where file formats are clearly stated).
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.
