Let's start with a variety of fitness exercises to begin using with your classes.

Start by downloading (click, then right-click to save) a few free individual station task cards for your students to work through in the gymnasium or outside on the field.

Simply print them out, watch the instruction videos, and set them up around the sport hall. Divide the students among the stations, have them workout for 1 minute, before rotating to the next station (with 30s rest in between).
