› Teaching children to become responsible and aware of their own bodies is not just part of PE, but a vital part of holistic development.
Here I highlight the 6 key components of fitness and exercise, and then show you how to implement them at school - You can save the printable fitness cards (check out the complete selection here), and take a look at some follow-along videos I've recorded to help with the understand of different muscles, and how to strengthen them...

Let's start with a variety of fitness exercises to begin using with your classes.
Start by downloading (click, then right-click to save) a few free individual station task cards for your students to work through in the gymnasium or outside on the field.
Simply print them out, watch the instruction videos, and set them up around the sport hall. Divide the students among the stations, have them workout for 1 minute, before rotating to the next station (with 30s rest in between).
